  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The purpose of this research is to know, to describe, and to analyse the relation of System Information Civil Service Management (SIMPEG) by Quality of Civil Service Administration at Civil Service Regional (BKD) of Kutai Barat. This research uses quantitative associative approach by mean to get description and analysis abaout causality between SIMPEG to the quality of Civil Service administration at BKD of Kutai Barat Region. The data was obtained by filling the questionairies, then these are analysed by using quantitative analysis of product moment correlation and the analysis of simple linear regression. From hypotheses test these showed that SIMPEG have positive relation and powerfull in the quality of Civil Service Administration at BKD of Kutai Barat Region, then it will be increase if SIMPEG is improved.
