From the results of data analysis indicator level of satisfaction in services procurement of goods and services SKPD / UPTD have average percentage is communication 61.77% category quite satisfied, hospitality 61.64% category quite satisfied, responsiveness 53.62% category less satisfied, real / tangible 63.90% satisfied category.
