  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): The objectives of this research were to describe and to seek the public service of trading business permit (SIUP) in order to improve the accountability of Good Governance to the investment, integrated licensing, transparent service, human resources service, punctuality, responsiveness, and several factors that support and hinder the effectiveness of licensing services. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative. The sources of data were taken from informants and key informant whom were chosen purposive, observation, and it supported by data secunder. The analysis of data is interactive model. The findings research showed that the effectiveness of trading business permit conducted by integrated licensing services in Malinau regency cannot be effective.
