  • Abstrak (max. 1600 huruf atau 250 kata): This study aim to knowing are whether work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the East Kutai Regency Tourism Office both simultaneously and partially and which of these variables has a dominant influence on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Kutai Timur Tourism Office. This research used explanative methods and sampling uses the Slovin formula with a precision level of 10 percent. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a very strong relationship of work discipline variables and work motivation variables on employee work effectiveness at the East Kutai District Tourism Office. This can be seen from each of the independent variables partially giving a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the East Kutai District Tourism Office.
